Delete your Tulipost account
Tulipost users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete your account from the app
- Open the Tulipost app and sign in.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email contact@tulipost.com from the email address linked to your Tulipost account and include the subject "Delete my Tulipost account".
Data deleted
Account deletion removes or anonymizes your Tulipost profile, authentication account, business details, scheduled content, generated posts, uploaded media, social connection data, and related app data.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, or dispute resolution purposes. Store purchase and subscription records may also remain available through Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, or other payment providers according to their own retention policies.
